RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Mrs Glamux® The Signature™

At Mrs Glamux® The Signature™, each order is handled with care. We want your shopping experience to reflect the quality and standards of our brand.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team before sending any item back. Returns sent without a prior return request may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Mrs Glamux® The Signature™ cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost before reaching the designated return address.

The return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including personalised or made-to-order products and other products subject to statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Any applicable return restrictions will be clearly indicated before purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees applicable to your purchase.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

Customers benefiting from European Union consumer protection laws generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

Exceptions provided by applicable law may apply, including certain personalised or made-to-order goods.
